2015 changes to the Elmo house

Making progress on the house. Soon it will be ready for people to visit without it being "having potential" awful.

2015 list (plus a few someday projects)
 
Safety  
1. cement work around house to avoid flooding- west (DONE), north & east (IN PROGRESS)  
2. replace and expand electrical box 

Curb appeal  
1. plant grass and trees (IN PROGRESS) 
2. install irrigation system in front circle  
3. plant bushes: wild yellow roses and snowball bushes  
4. Purchase flower tubs and plant flower garden  
5. remove pine tree too close to the house  (DONE)

Backyard landscape  
1. complete back porch addition/improvements  
2. remove ugly backyard bushes and weird sidewalks  
3. plant grass (IN PROGRESS)  
4. dig hole for ground-level trampoline (DONE)  
5. build beach volleyball court  
6. build playhouse/playground for grandchildren
7. remove root cellar  
8. build-up soil in garden area

Interior improvements  
1. finish kitchen remodel (IN PROGRESS)
