Slipping, slipping, slipping away......

Oh, the joys of moving and homeownership.

We felt like we had found the perfect place in Elmo with lots of acreage but waiting for our Grantsville house to sell has been torturous. It feels as though our dreams are slowly slipping away. Therefore, "lean not unto thine own understanding" must be remembered and applied as part of the new family theme. The most important part is "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart.....and He will direct thy paths."

This must be the part where doubts and trials blur the way. We must stay focused on the good/positives around us.

Yes, there is beauty everywhere when you stay focused on the positives. Right?

  1. It is just hard when you don't know what is going to happened. Just have to trust that with the Lord it will always be the best! I will just pray that you don't end up in a trailer like the one on coleman. That was yucky!

  2. Oh, Kimberly. Living in a trailer is part of OUR rite-of-passage. We have to live in a trailer before we can live in a house - maybe it's to humble us.

So we are temporarily living in a nice trailer in a yucky trailer court in Price until we sell the house. It is a 100% better than the "mouse house".

  3. I am glad that it is better than the mouse house. Hopefully it will not be for long. We will keep praying that the house will sell.
